IS BOSTON THE EUROPEAN CITY OF THE USA?
With its green spaces, walkable streets, great public transit, and city meets water charm…I had to ask. The first shot captures the skyline as seen from the iconic duck boats (city tours turn into river cruises). A highlight for me was the constant blend of modern and historic architecture; the towering skyscraper shadowing above the century-old church as an example. Then there was the open-air, roofless, character filled bookstore tucked into an alley. It felt like a slice of Europe, a place made for aimless wandering which is something rare in most U.S cities. And just when I thought I’d seen it all, I stumbled upon salsadancing on the dock.
Naturally, I joined in…and then took a photo.
